Black Bean Brownies


1 (15.5 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 eggs
3 tbsp. vegetable oil (grapeseed is best)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. coffee (optional)
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup of agave nectar or palm sugar
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8 by 8 square baking dish. Combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture in baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts (optional) on top. Bake about 30 minutes and enjoy!
