Makes 8 servings

3/4 cup of sugar (For a healthier option: Use 1/2 cup of Splenda®)
2 cup of fat free milk
1/2 cup of egg substitute
3 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 cup of cubed white bread (For a healthier option: 100% whole wheat bread)
1 cup of peeled, cored & chopped apples
2 teaspoons of seedless raisins

  1. Combine sugar, milk, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until well- blended.
  2. Combine bread, apples and raisins. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Add bread mixture to egg mixture.
  4. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is set and top is lightly browned.
